Our entrees are served with your choice of our homemade soups and house salads. All of our soups are made here from fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Our hearty minestrone features a variety of vegetables and beef in a basil flavored broth and our unique white chicken chili, made from white beans and chicken in a cream base, are offered daily. We offer a special soup du jour nightly, varying from rich cheesy broccoli to baked French onion. Each Friday, you can choose to partake of our crab and lobster bisque, declared an incomparable delight by our regular customers. Our refreshing house salads, made from a blend of field mix and iceberg lettuces, are topped with fresh red onions, black olives, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers. Couple it with one of our specialty dressings, including honey raspberry walnut vinaigrette, garlic vinaigrette, parmesan peppercorn, and our house dressing, basil vinaigrette. Our extensive dinner menu features a range of options to suit anyone’s preferences. Our designer pasta menu provides diners with the ability to choose from six different pastas, five sauces, and a variety of toppers for a personalized dish made to your specifications. Amici’s also offers a variety of specialized pasta dishes, including our signature Baked Mostaccioli, which is made with Italian sausage, green peppers, onion, pasta, tomato sauce, smothered with mozzarella and provolone cheeses and baked to perfection. Or try our cheese-filled Tortellini, topped with creamy Alfredo sauce and tender rosemary chicken. Guests can choose from a variety of traditional and innovative dishes featuring seafood, chicken, beef, pork, and veal. Our hearty portion of chicken parmesan satisfies even the biggest fan of authentic Italian cuisine. In an exciting spin on conventional recipes, the talapia pomodoro entices the palate with a blend of basil, Asiago cheese, onion, and fresh tomatoes. All of our steaks are cut in-house from USDA Choice Prime beef. Our veal Marsala is a thinly sliced cut of Provimi veal, dusted in seasoned flour and sautéed in a sumptuous blend of imported Marsala wine, lemon, and fresh mushrooms. Our hand-tossed pizzas start with dough freshly made on-site daily. Our toppings are of the highest quality and at the peak of freshness. For the traditionalist, we offer a variety of universal toppings, such as pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper, and black olives. For the more daring, we prepare specialty pizzas like the blanco and pesto. The blanco features four cheeses, alfredo sauce, grilled rosemary chicken, roasted red peppers, black olives, red onion, and artichokes. The pesto pizza is topped with our homemade basil pesto, cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, chicken, and artichokes. Be sure to save room for one of our divine desserts. In Italy, each restaurant creates a fresh-from-scratch signature recipe version of tiramisu. In that tradition, Amici’s has crafted it’s own adaptation of the time-honored classic dessert. Our baked amaretto cheesecake and triple-chocolate Kahlua torte are just two more of our desserts presented daily. |
